I was having quite a time of it trying to find the right shampoo. I didn't want to go back to my old chemical-based shampoo, but my scalp was itching so I started looking for a natural shampoo without corn, soy, or wheat, as these ingredients can be irritating and cause allergic reactions. On a whim, I tried using Dr. Bronners liquid soap on my head. My hair has never looked so good and no more itching.
I like a simple solution like this, one soap for both head and body (although I do still need to use some conditioner).
But I can never just use one soap! Especially these days. There are so many wonderful natural soaps around. South of France (the company that makes the great hand soap) now makes a great soap bar.
It's sort of like socks, I guess. So many to chose from, so much variety. An inexpensive bit of fun. Splash and splurge!
